My stay at this hotel was truly a mixed experience. The rooms were cozy with basic amenities, but the language barrier with the staff, especially Harikishan, was a bit of a challenge. The location is great, being close to major attractions, but the dining options were limited to smoked salmon bagels. Overall, it's a decent choice with some room for improvement.
The hotel is situated in a good area, close to prime attractions and near the picturesque Pichola Lake. While the rooms come with basic amenities and comfortable beds, the language barrier with staff could be a slight challenge. The service is commendable, especially with Harikishan, the wonderful restaurant manager. Dining experience offers delicious tapas, but additional meal varieties could enhance the experience.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and cozy, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The dining experience left a bit to be desired with limited breakfast options. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions. Great value for money overall!
